【學校優質教育】是香港政府教育委員會發表第七號報告書的主要精神,教育統籌局為配合報告書的內容,迅速成立﹝學校質素保証組﹞,以跟進學校質素保証的有關工作。我們理解,教育與文化悉悉相關,文化透過教育傳遞,而教育以文化為基礎,因此教育的工作應與時俱進,經常創新,正如瞬息萬變的社會資訊,一日千里,故前線工作的老師們,應以開明的態度,積極接受新事物、新知識,才可易於履行神聖的教學工作。

【校本】是第七號報告書內容的另一精神,按著個別不同學校的不同環境、校風、傳統及習慣而設計﹝校本課程﹞或﹝校本輔導﹞活動,使學生明事理、辨是非。

本校每年均為學生設立『學習主題』,讓學生們按學習主題有系統地參加有關活動,學習課外知識,發揮潛能,盡顯創意;惟無論學校推行任何計劃、任何學科及術科比賽,均應獲得全體老師、學生及家長三方面瞭解及緊密的溝通和合作,方可達成理想效果。


Quality School Education is the vital spirit of the Education Commission Report No. 7 .To be in line with the Report, the Education and Manpower Bureau has promptly set up the Quality Assurance Inspection Team to supervise the work related to quality school education. We understand that education and culture are closely related. Culture pervades through education while education is based on culture. As such, education should progress with time, and be as creative as the ever-changing information technology that is improving by leaps and bounds. Teachers in the front line should have a liberal approach to accepting actively new things and new knowledge so as to discharge their sacred duties in the work of education.

Quality School Management is another significant aspect of the Education Commission Report No. 7.According to the setting ,climate , traditions and practices of each individual school, the school-based curriculum or remedial teaching programmes can be set up to enable students to reason and distinguish between right and wrong.

Every year ,our school sets a learning target for students so that they can participate systematically in the related activities, acquire knowledge outside the syllabus and fully develop their potentials and creative ideas. To achieve our desirable goals , we must have the full understanding and close co-operation of the staff ,students and parents whenever we implement school plans and organize academic and arts competitions.

The development of information technology has made classroom teaching more ideal and teaching more diverse. To achieve the goals set by the Education and Manpower Bureau, our school encourages the staff to take computer courses, use the computer and has set up an Information Technology Room. We are fully committed to promoting computer learning. Through this home page designed by the school we hope to share teaching experience with other schools and leading educationists.
